At our online tea shop, we offer shipping across Australia. Please note that we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $10.95 for standart shipping and 14.10 for express shipping. Please note that these rates are subject to change.

Shipping Timeframes
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days of receiving them. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Delivery Options
We offer both standard and express shipping options for your convenience. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.

Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or for products that have been opened or used.
