My fascination with changing seasons and the origins of tea inspired the name "Tea in Season".

I believe that tea is not just a beverage but a sensory journey that connects us to nature and the rhythms of the seasons. From the rolling hills of Japan to the lush gardens of India and Nepal and the misty mountains of Taiwan, our teas are carefully selected to bring you an authentic tea experience

At Tea in Season, I go beyond just providing teas. I strive to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of tea culture. Through collaborations with tea farmers and experts from each region, I bring their expertise directly to you. â€‹I am committed to sustainability and ethical farming practices.

I work closely with tea farmers who share my values, ensuring that teas are produced with respect for the environment and the communities involved. â€‹

Discover the world of tea and embrace the beauty of changing seasons, immerse yourself in diverse tea traditions, and indulge in the flavours and aromas that transport you to distant lands. Whether you are a seasoned tea enthusiast or new to the world of tea, my mission is to provide you with an exceptional tea experience that celebrates the art, culture, and heritage of Japanese, Indian, and Taiwanese teas.

Lucie Vanova

I am Lucie, a passionate tea merchant from Prague. My love for tea began in childhood, and over the years, my curiosity just kept growing and blossomed into a deep, lifelong passion. I ended up running a tea room in Prague for a few years, where I spent my time diving deep into the world of the finest tea and understanding their delicate nuances, and appreciating the often overlooked artistry behind every brew. It's been an amazing journey, and I'm excited to share the world of tea with others!

For me Tea in Season is not just a collection of fine leaves, but a curated selection that reflects my reverence for tea's rich history and my dedication to the values of sustainability and fairness.

I actively seek out tea producers who embrace eco-friendly farming methods and fair trade principles. I firmly believe that a responsible and ethical tea industry is not just desirable but imperative for the future of this beloved beverage.
